John Bennett

With nearly 56 years of songwriting I’d say I’m hopelessly addicted. In 1979 I was the original founder and president of the Minnesota Songwriters Association and held showcases at the old Extempore. In 1989 I also co-founded the Minnesota Association of Christian Songwriters [macsmn.org]. I have performed in numerous concerts as a solo artist and with various bands and have produced and professionally recorded 15 albums. I am currently playing covers at nursing and vets homes with a band called 2 Believe. Also I am continuing to write and record many more albums of music.  I love to collaborate on songs and am open to writing with other MAS members in any style you like.  I lean more towards pop, rock, blues, Christian and country.    email: promotions@macsmn.org
