Sarah Peterson

I’m a singer-songwriter with a strength for lyric-writing interested in building co-writing relationships with strong melody writers and artists as well as track writers. My primary goal is to develop artist-focused, pitch-focused and/or sync-focused teams that can quickly create strong work tapes, demos and masters.

MY ROOTS…are in Americana & Country, but I have a growing love of all things Pop / Indie Pop and happily write in most any genre. Influences include Lori McKenna, Brandi Carlile, Sheryl Crow, Ingrid Andress, Lily Rose and a lot of the greats of country and folk from Pasty Cline and Pam Tillis to Johnny Cash & John Denver.

I am a huge fan of co-writing and if you’re a strong melody writer I would love to connect with you. Thanks to the amazing connections I’ve made through NSAI and Durango Songwriters Expo I’ve had the privilege of working with songwriters all around the world and am completely taken with both the connections made and the process of creating a song from nothing but an idea.
