Terry Kennedy-Lares

Eclectic musician and songwriter. I’ve been writting songs since I was 16 years old. Had my first band in the late 70’s called the “Walter Hammer Band”. Then in the 80’s after giving up on drugs and alcohol, I formed a group called the Blackout Blues Band and got one of our songs played on KQRS radio on a show where they were featuring local bands. In the 90’s my Celtic roots (mother was born in Scotland) took over and myself and a couple of friends started a group called Triall Ro-Crua which is Irish for “a hard journey”. We played the local Irish circuit for 15 years (that’s a lot of St. Patrick’s Days) and put out two CD’s. Throughout this time I have written and recorded many songs. Now I am retired from my day job and ready to see what else I can accomplish musically.
