Fall is almost here, and I will be hosting another in-person writing workshop in September. We will be writing a full song lyric in one afternoon. It is on Saturday, September 21st from 2-4pm in the Shoreview Library Book Club Room. We will be using Chad Shank’s step-by-step process for writing lyrics. You should leave with a complete set of lyrics written, or a very good start that you can refine later, and a list of steps you can use in the future to replicate the process. Please bring your favorite writing materials and a notebook or device to write on and prepare to be inspired by a great methodology and your peers!
