Lyrics:

I’m floating on the ocean tide you are the moon
You hide in the shadows when the dark clouds loom
I’m pulled to shore then swept away in the undertow
Left in still black waters waiting for your light to glow

Things that used to bring joy you have pushed aside
What’s happening is not your fault no need to apologize
I fear the darkening of your thoughts has started to worsen
I don’t always know the right words to say but here’s what is certain

Chorus:
I am here for you
I’m right by your side
When your mind gets overwhelmed and filled with doubt
Don’t forget that you are beautiful inside and out
No matter If your light is shining bright or if it’s dark and blue
I am here for you
I am here for you

You try to block the sadness when it comes to suffocate
Makes you hide inside yourself retreat and isolate
Won’t let you believe in a world where we are happy together
The dark days we are living in now won’t last forever, please remember

[Repeat chorus]

Bridge:
It’s OK if we need help to see it through
That’s not a sign of weakness it’s the bravest thing to do
It might be more than we can handle on our own
But no matter how steep the path you won’t travel it alone, know that

[Repeat chorus]
