Act one is when Darkness fell
No hope was left in the wishing well
Hounddogs were sounding the alarm
Trying to protect their Cheddar Ranch Farm
Blossom the Possum was having her a snack
In the bird garden out in the back
Tried to scare her away, but she didn't move
Kept nibbling away, I played the fool
Act two was Dejavvu all over again
Hounddogs felt they'd never win
Once again they sounded the alarm
Said that S.O.B. Will never learn
Blossom the Possum was busted for taking a nap
Under the Evergreen, on a Gunny Sack
We're the Regal Beagles, let's make that point clear
Get your tail the hell Out of Here
Act three was the last straw
She was playing dead by the Gazebo Wall
Hounddog Heroes did the Bob and Weave
No good deed goes unpunished, they came to believe
Those fun sucking humans kept shouting get back
Just three ticks away from a heart attack
Hounddogs reluctantly Complied
Live to fight another Day, Bigger Fish to Fry
Blossom the Possum said this is alright
On my way home, gonna grab me a bite
Knocked off that Suet, one more time
If You're not Cheating, You're not Trying, said that NASCAR Sign
True Possum stories from the Cheddar Ranch, with a little AI help :-)
